Credits accrue on the net invoice value (excluding setup and shipping) of every completed order. Tier status is evaluated annually and locked for the following year. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date earned.

At the end of each quarter we reach out with your Field Credits balance. Minimum redemption: $50. Credits cannot be applied to shipping, rush fees, or taxes.
